The machine is of the built-in structure. It uses the four shares of

high-speed powerful blow beam produced by shot blasting device

which is manufactured by foreign advanced technology (Japan

technology) to hit the fast-moving wire circling table and remove the

rust layer and oxide on it to obtain a clean metal surface. After

cleaning,the surface has no residual oxide scale and reaches the level

of A-B sa2.5-3.0

The benefits to metal products manufactured by this machine are as

follows:

• The wire surface after shot blasting presents some uniform roughness Ra ≤ 12.5. It is conducive to increase the adhesive force of aluminum and copper package and meanwhile protect the cladding layer from falling off.
• Eliminate the internal stress generated in the process of wire drawing. The increase of hardness force after shot blasting is equal or less than 2%.
• Increase the tensile strength of the wire surface as well as the resistance stress of corrosion cracking property to gain longevity life.
