1. Product description
The seller will provide a Low Relaxed Stress Steel Stranded Wire Production Line for production of 1×7, Ø9.53~17.8mm low relaxed pre stress steel stranded wire, with the capability of 30,000 tons per year. The seller will guarantee the manufacturing technique, product quality, equipment unction, production capability and period of guarantee, and make sure the product will be in accordance with Chinese Industrial Standards and corresponding with foreign standards.

Stranding machine 110Kw, tension device 200+250 Kw, intermediate frequency tempering furnace 600 Kw paying off and take-up wire device 2x45Kw+ 2x2.2 Kw, layer winding machine 37 Kw, wire traverses 1.5 Kw

1) Muddy water circulation system(cooling water steel--stranding wire processing required)water quality, water pressure flow and inlet, outlet temperature.
