Applications:

GGH-16z type precision high-frequency straight seam welding mill line is specialized to produce small pore diameter high frequency straight seam welded pipe for refrigeration & heat exchanger industry and structural pipe and industrial pipe with Φ6.35-Φ20mm and wall thickness of δ0.4-1.2mm(the pipes with Φ12mm-Φ16mm and thickness δ1.2-1.9mm should be processed on GGH-45z) Through optimization design, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication and rolls, the whole line can be reached high precision and high speed. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted.

{Steel Tape}→→ Double-head un-coiler →→Strip-head shear & Butt welder station→→ Vertical cage →→ Forming mill(Main driving unit + Flattening unit & Feeding guide + Break down zone + Fin pass zone →→ Seam guide stand + High frequency induction welding system +Squeeze roll welding stand + External bead scarfing + Seam ironing stand)→→ Emulsion water cooling section →→ Sizing mill (Main driving unit + Sizing zone + Speed testing unit + Straightener + Guide roller) →→ Flying saw under computer-control →→ Collecting table.
